One of our leading food customer is looking for Supply Chain Project Manager in Dallas Texas
Strong background in ERP/supply chain or other complex enterprise grade projects. Able to mentor and guide the team to deliver a complex reengineering project touching manufacturing, warehouse, transport, integrated planning.
Agile, goal-orient personality, driven to succeed, and always up for a challenge. Provide leadership to the team, and bring expert problem-solving ability to help ensure the team stays productive in a challenging re-engineering project.
Experience working with offshore teams desirable, but not required.
Able to thrive in a project environment that is transitioning from waterfall to agile. Can appropriately tailor project lifecycle process and deliverables, and work with the team to set expectations, and provide guidance.
Experience with Azure DevOps, MS Project, Visio. Able to set up the right work items in Azure DevOps.
Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, anticipates issues, proposes options and escalates appropriately when required.
Highly analytical, organized, detail oriented, with strong, demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities. Experience in ERP, Supply chains, commercial, and financial systems and functional processes is required to thrive in this role.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of project delivery and excellent follow-through.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
