The Site Director will be responsible for driving the strategic plan for the daily operations of the plant for production and manufacturing. The Site Director will also have input on strategies, metrics, and initiatives.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a batch process chemical manufacturing facility, managing the processes, and leading a team/having direct reports.

Background Profile
- BS Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (MS, PhD and MBA is preferred)
- 10+ Years of Experience, at least three years of having direct reports
- Plant and reactionary chemical manufacturing experience is a must
