Paralegal Compliance Administrator
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal Compliance Administrator to join our team. This role will involve administrative tasks related to compliance documentation and support of both the bidding process and contract execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Maintain compliance documents, including insurances, bonds, licenses, and certifications. Help prepare pre-qualification packages, bids, and proposals.
- Documentation Review: Assess bid documents for compliance requirements (e.g., insurance levels, M/WDBE goals, BABA).
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance documentation for ongoing projects is current.
- Training Support: Help coordinate training on compliance policies and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to address compliance issues.
- Research: Keep updated on changes in construction regulations and assist in updating internal procedures.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in compliance administration, preferably in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal construction regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
