My team is working with an exciting new client in Charlotte, NC seeking to add an experienced Litigation Attorney to their growing team. The group works fully REMOTELY but from in/around the Charlotte area and candidates should expect to do the same.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a knack for business development who is searching for a flexible environment with lifestyle friendly expectations. Qualified candidates must have:
- 2-3+ years of commercial, civil, complex litigation
- First chair experience arguing dispositive motions, depositions (taking and defending), and the ability to manage their own caseload with limited supervision
- Experiencing practicing in North Carolina and a corresponding license
- Ideally a BOB large enough to demonstrate an acumen for business/client development
