Job Title: CI Supply Management Specialist
Location: Waterloo, IA
Pay Rate: $30/hr on W2
Duration: 12 Months
Note: This will be a 1st shift position (7:00 am to 3:30 pm) with no anticipated overtime.
Job duties:
• This role will manage and implement urgent supplier resourcing projects related to capacity to ensure consistent supply to Waterloo.
• This role will also support day to day activities related to prototype requests and/or spot buys to support Continuous Improvement and resourcing efforts.
• This role is responsible for continuous improvement workflow tasks supporting change within Waterloo Tractor.
Requirements:
• Ability to investigate, own, and resolve complex and often ambiguous problem statements and drive to resolution.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to create and maintain new relationships internally with other functions and externally with the supply base to meet team objectives
• Self-starter with the ability to gather data and other inputs to make decisions and take action.
• BA in Business MGMT, Supply Chain, or another related field
Stands Out:
• SAP Experience
• Experience creating dashboards and other visual reporting tools (Power BI/Data Analytics/Sharepoint/Etc)
Manager prefers onsite interviews.
