Job Summary: As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's information technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across multiple locations. You will lead a team of IT professionals, manage IT projects, and collaborate with other departments to meet the company's technological needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and lead the IT team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
· Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.
· Collaborate with department heads to understand their technology requirements, training needs and implement solutions accordingly.
· Evaluate and recommend IT systems, software, and hardware to enhance efficiency and productivity.
· Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
· Manage IT budgets and resources effectively.
· Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
· Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
· Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer service within the IT department.
· Recommend and facilitate AI technology to speed up processes within the company
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
· Strong technical knowledge in IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
· Excellent project management and organizational skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Leadership and team management skills.
· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
