Position Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

About the Role:
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Document and analyze business processes, workflows, and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform based on business needs.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs.
- Ensure that ServiceNow applications are integrated with other enterprise systems as required.
- Design ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and best practices.
- Create detailed documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
- Coordinate and conduct testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow applications.
- Identify and resolve defects and issues during testing phases.
- Ensure that solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow applications and processes.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates, new features, and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
