Our client is one of the world's leading law firms. They have an amazing opportunity for an HR leader to join their firm as a Manager of Attorney Professional Development, developing and shaping the firm's strategic professional development function.
Responsibilities
- Assist with creating new and improving attorney training programs.
- Conduct training sessions for attorneys.
- Develop and maintain the firm's internal CLE programs.
- Assist with the attorney's annual performance evaluation.
- Oversee the attorney mentoring program.
- Assist with attorney new hire orientation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in training and development at a law firm.
- Knowledge of learning management systems.
