Job Overview: We are seeking for experienced Technical Writer with a strong background in network and security operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating clear, concise documentation for various network technologies as per the org standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and online help for networking products and services.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure documentation meets user needs.
- Create and maintain diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance understanding of technical concepts.
- Conduct research on networking technologies, protocols, and industry standards to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Review and edit documentation produced by other team members for clarity, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Assist in the development of training materials and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Hands On Experience as a Technical Writer, with a focus on network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, security, firewall etc.).
- Exposure to networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Trained / Certified in GxP and GAMP Standards
- Project Management experience
