Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive professional who excels at problem solving, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including calendar management, email coordination, and document preparation. If you are trustworthy, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work, this could be the perfect role for you!
- **Meeting Coordination:** Manage and send Zoom/Teams invitations, as well as follow-up reminders.
- **Document Management:** Draft, edit, and format professional documents, including emails, presentations, marketing materials, and internal memos.
- **Task Management:** Balance multiple priorities while ensuring all administrative duties are handled efficiently.
- **Client Communication:** Act as a liaison for the CEO, handling routine client communications and managing correspondence.
- **Meeting Support:** Prepare agendas, gather documents, and ensure meetings run smoothly by providing all necessary materials in advance.
Your Background
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
- Strong sense of ethics and the ability to manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint and MS365 is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks from scheduling to document preparation.
