About the Role:
The Product Strategy and UX Manager will ensure digital experiences are intuitive, engaging, and user-focused. Success in this role requires strong design expertise, leadership, and a strategic mindset, along with the ability to effectively communicate the value of UX to internal teams and clients.
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead a team of 5-6 Product Designers and Strategists, supporting them throughout the entire SDLC with a focus on user experience and design.
- Develop and execute tailored product strategies aligned with client business objectives, market positioning, and user needs.
- Conduct market research and client analysis, create customized product roadmaps, and define and analyze KPIs.
- Collaborate with Executives, Senior Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective product development.
About You:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Strategy and Design.
- Skilled in crafting and executing product roadmaps that align with client business goals.
- Passionate about leading teams and growing a UX practice, fostering creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record in delivering successful UX projects and strategies with measurable outcomes.
