Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Provide clear, concise communication and strategy recommendations to clients.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and court appearances.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Illinois.
- 3-7 years of insurance defense experience, with a focus on general liability, premises liability, professional liability, and auto accident cases.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
