We are looking for a customer service focused person that has the desire to make commission on top of a base salary! The premier resort in Belize needs a strong reservations specialist to also communicate about other activities and options while relaxing at the beach.
The reservations office is in downtown Houston at the corporate office of the parent company. Full benefits, vacation, and competitive salary+commission. Working hours are 8-5 or 9-6 and half a day during the month on Saturday is on-call from home.
Results driven sales representative that engages and understands potential guests needs creating
solutions to ensure and increase customer acquisition, revenue growth and achieved targeted
goals.
Functions
• Maintaining positive guest relationships to ensure future sales.
• Conducting outgoing and incoming calls to leads and repeat guests.
• Find opportunities to upsell.
• Responsible for updating reservation details and confirmations.
• Maintaining a good relationship with travel agencies/dive shops/tackle shops.
• Achieved agreed sales targets, goals and outcome within a certain timeframe.
• Cold/warm calling to potential and existing leads.
• Expedite resolutions for guest’s complaints to maximize their satisfaction.
• Analyze targeted sales audience.
Qualifications
Education/certification: Bachelor degree in Hospitality. Corporate Communication, Sales,
Business.
Required Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Property Management System (Innroad), Salesforce,
Pandadoc, Gmail
Experience required: 2 years sales and administrative experience.
