Focus:
• Act as the primary system administrator for the company’s business analyst systems.
• Customize and configure business analyst systems to align with business needs in sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Develop strategic roadmaps to enhance business analyst functionalities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage data integrity, implement data quality best practices, and ensure data cleanliness.
• Generate customized reports and dashboards to track sales and service performance.
• Lead integration efforts with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business analyst processes and user guidelines.
• Engage in governance activities to ensure proper data management and usability
Skill Set:
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Business Analyst systems, including customization, automation, and integration.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
• Experience in managing projects, adapting to changes, and making decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of Power BI, databases, and other reporting tools is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant business analyst experience, with a focus on CRM systems.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
