The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance defense litigation, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for providing high-quality legal representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in insurance defense cases, including bodily injury, property damage, and coverage disputes.
- Manage a caseload from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.
- Develop and implement legal strategies that align with client goals and case specifics.
- Provide timely and accurate legal advice to clients on case developments and potential outcomes.
- Engage in negotiations, settlement discussions, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Stay current with legal trends and developments relevant to insurance defense.
- Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and experts to build strong case presentations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
