In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including maintaining office supplies, assisting with mail distribution, and supporting general administrative functions. You will help manage office equipment, maintain organization within workspaces, and provide support for events and meetings. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in contributing to our team's success. Pay rate is $18-22/hr.
Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate reordering as needed.
Assist with the distribution of mail, packages, and other communications.
Support the setup and breakdown of meetings and events.
Operate and maintain office equipment, ensuring functionality.
Perform data entry and assist with filing and record-keeping.
Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
Previous experience in an office or clerical role is a plus.
Proficient in basic computer applications and office software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
