DEPLOYED LOGIX // HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
The HR Manager will lead, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource department at DLX, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with the organization's mission and talent strategy. This person will play a pivotal role in maintaining our team-driven and family-oriented culture, while ensuring HR policies support our global business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, interview, hiring, and training of HR staff.
- Manage the daily operations and workflow of the HR department.
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handle employee discipline and terminations in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, including staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Plan, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support compliance and strategic needs.
- Oversee HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, performance, talent management, productivity, recognition, health, safety, and training.
- Identify staffing needs and develop best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Conduct research on organizational trends, utilizing metrics from HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, regularly updating policies to maintain compliance.
- Stay updated on trends, best practices, and changes in employment law, communicating necessary adjustments to management.
- Develop and manage the HR department’s budget.
- Facilitate professional development, training, and certification opportunities for HR staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR management experience.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certifications highly preferred.
