We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with a strong background in utility-scale solar construction projects and Owner's Representative experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations, ensuring that materials and equipment are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate logistics for utility-scale solar construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Develop and maintain logistics plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and adjust logistics strategies as needed to mitigate risks and delays.
- Serve as the Owner's Representative, facilitating communication between stakeholders and ensuring project requirements are met.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping records, inventory logs, and project reports.
- Conduct site visits to assess logistical needs and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, specifically in utility-scale solar construction projects.
- Preferred Certificates: AED/CPR/First Aid, Blood Born Pathogen; OSHA 30 Hour Construction course; Defensive Driving; EHS Insight Manager Training; Trench and Excavation Awareness; NFPA 70E Awareness; Hazard Communication; LOTO Authorized
- Proven experience as an Owner's Representative, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with solar project lifecycle, including permitting, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
