Position: Account Executive
Location: On-site in Austin
Compensation: $40k base salary plus uncapped commission
Start Date: Immediate

The Responsibilities?
- Build and maintain candidate/client relationships
- Expand client relationships and break new accounts
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Meet and exceed quotas and metrics

The Qualifications?
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Previous sales experience (1+ year preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced environment
