Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution while managing workflows through tools
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and third-party partners
- Manage order fulfillment and develop inventory systems, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and maintain comprehensive documentation for key processes
Qualifications
- 1+ years of project management experience in a retail or e-commerce setting
- Proficiency in project management software (i.e. Asana)
- Experience working with external vendors and building relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
