We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to collaborate directly with our CEO and the Product Development team to lead exciting projects from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Projects: Manage software projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and prioritizing multiple product roadmaps.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between technical teams, implementation services, customer success, and the CEO to ensure seamless communication, delivery, and risk management.
- Voice of the Customer: Define service requirements based on customer feedback and drive voice-of-customer sessions for Product and Engineering teams.
- Platform Leadership: Utilize your extensive technical background to coordinate and lead critical platform programs, ensuring optimal performance and new capabilities.
- Process Improvement & Quality Assurance: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and ensure the highest quality output. Oversee project deliverables and ensure adherence to strategic goals.
- Data-driven Decisions: Analyze platform product data, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans for enhancements.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Demonstrate strong management skills to proactively identify, manage, and resolve cross-functional product/engineering risks and dependencies.
- Strategic Communication: Leverage cross-company communication to achieve strategic goals and report on progress to R&D and executive teams.
- OKR & KPI Management: Establish regular review processes, provide troubleshooting and technical support, and create tutorials to enable team autonomy.
- Presentations & Reporting: Assume ownership for key presentations and reporting to senior leadership, ensuring transparency on project and platform performance.
- Event Organization: Organize and lead cross-departmental all-hands meetings and other crucial gatherings.
- Vendor Management: Assist with managing integration vendors to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Effectively manage and supervise go-to-market activities for platform features to ensure successful launches.
What We Are Looking For:
- You have 3+ years of experience managing technical projects in a SaaS development environment.
- Experience in end-to-end management of projects.
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, and the ability to apply these frameworks effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, and enterprise CMS a plus
- You have strong organizational and leadership skills.
- You’re a strong communicator who can easily bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- High degree of ownership and accountability
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian or Russian
