Trading Operations Analyst

You will manage trade clearance, settlement, and reconciliation for various trade desks, collaborating closely with traders, finance, compliance, brokers, custodians, and clients. This role involves working with software engineers to enhance and automate operational workflows, enabling trading in new markets and asset classes. Operations Analysts play a crucial role in our client's trading efficiency and safety, engaging in data analysis and system design.

๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:
- Bachelor's degree in math, computer science, business, finance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python, VBA, SQL, and/or scripting languages preferred.
- Experience in operations or trade support advantageous.
- 0-5 years experience in banking or consultancy beneficial.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities required.
