Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor to CEO, standing in on meetings, challenging ideas and offering a different perspective, and following up on action items with the team accordingly
- Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility such as establishing business model strategy and overseeing launch of monetization strategies
- Develop company scorecard, determine performance indicators, and map the most critical data to our most important goals, and establish effective consistent reporting
- Provide data analysis and metrics of the company’s productivity to the executive team, and suggest strategic initiatives to improve workflow, teamwork, and budget management
- Build and run cadence for team meetings, leadership meetings, board meetings, and offsites, including structuring and helping to deliver company-wide communication
- Work closely with the leadership team to align objectives with overall company goals and strategy
- Track high priority initiatives and major issues for the Founder to identify any/potential obstacles
- Provide analysis, recommendations, and options to the Founder regarding high impact decisions

- Music industry background or personal dedication as an artist or fan
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or operations roles
- Experience driving complex, multi-stakeholder processes and cross-team programs
- Experience with executive communications
- Startup experience or prior work in a rapid growth product environment
