POSITION SUMMARY
The Community Manager will support both the Marketing and Client Concierge teams within the 10X Team. The role is responsible for handling client communication, support, and engagement tasks. This includes management of the CV private Facebook group, managing replies to email and text blasts, overseeing multiple inboxes, ensuring community engagement, and maintaining content calendars. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage various tasks efficiently.

OBJECTIVES
- Manage Cardone Ventures Private Facebook group 10X Millionaire Mastermind - this includes managing content, creating discussions, fostering interaction among members, onboarding new members, planning live events, etc.
- Review, respond to and manage all comments made on paid media ads.
- Maintain Client Concierge email and text inboxes with a zero-backlog policy.
- Manage Client Concierge SlickText campaigns and follow-up responses.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in scheduling clients across various events and platforms.
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Proactively implement at least two process improvements within the first six months to enhance operational efficiency.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Community Management experience
- Proven experience in customer engagement, client communication, customer service or similar roles.
- Experience with Social Media platforms and management
- Content planning and management
- Familiarity with managing email inboxes and coordinating client communication at scale.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Prolonged periods of standing and movement during event days
- This position will require travel: up to 20%
