Our client is a rapidly growing company that provides ancillary mental and behavioral health services to medical practices. Due to growth, they are adding to their team!
The Clinical Case Manager will make outbound calls to active patients to administer assessments in order to provide more comprehensive care.
Pay: $24.00/hr

Location: REMOTE – CENTRAL TIME ZONE
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Make 50+ outbound calls and administer assessments to patients via phone.
- Document daily patient communication and attempt notes.
- Maintain open lines of communication with your supervisor and other staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a high-volume call environment.
- Spanish bilingual is strongly preferred
- Must have CNA, MA, or similar certification
- Must have working experience within the healthcare or medical industry and a strong understanding of HIPAA compliance standards.
- Remote and/or Work from home experience required.
- Must have a quiet, distraction free area to work from.
- Must have reliable high-speed internet.

This is a fully REMOTE position; all applicants must be available Monday – Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Please note there are no evening, overnight or weekend hours available.
