Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets while making a lasting impression on our clients.
- Nurture existing client partnerships and forge new connections that elevate our business.
- Lead monthly marketing initiatives and conduct in-person sales calls that capture attention.
- Perform market research and generate comprehensive reports that guide our strategy.
- Interact with clients through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings with professionalism and flair.
- Collaborate with field professionals and senior management to create impactful marketing presentations.
- Promote our brand through diverse channels and initiatives.
- Organize and participate in exciting networking events like tradeshows, golf tournaments, and lunch-and-learn sessions.
- Manage the inventory of promotional products in partnership with our Corporate Marketing Department.
- Work closely with estimators and project managers to provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
- Maintain the CRM system and sales data, reporting key account activity to the Sales Regional VP.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred, with a proven track record of success.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Roofing or Property Management is a plus.
- Exceptional writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong decision-making, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to forge and maintain strong client relationships.
- Comfortable with cold calling and motivated to inspire others.
