Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive sales of our mobile app solution and expand our customer base. You will identify prospective clients, understand their needs, and present the value and benefits of our app. Your goal is to build strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients within the property management industry and develop strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct Sales Presentations: Present our mobile app to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Understand Client Needs: Engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Track and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, ensuring high levels of customer service and client retention.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the property management industry or technology sector. Experience with B2B sales and CRM systems is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with property management processes and software solutions is desirable but not required. Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
