What You’ll Do
As a Inside Sales Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving sales growth by:
· Building New Relationships: Utilize BCM’s CRM, follow up on incoming leads, and work closely with senior Sales Executives to identify and establish new accounts.
· Growing Existing Accounts: Expand sales within your assigned client base by winning new projects and ensuring our technology meets customer needs.
· Identifying Decision Makers: Find key contact points within target customers and understand how their products can benefit from our solutions.
· Proactive Communication: Regularly engage with prospects and existing clients via phone and email to share product updates, industry trends, and support future sales opportunities.
· Collaborating with Senior Sales: Transition larger leads and prospects to senior Sales Executives for follow-up, while managing tier 3 and tier 4 accounts.
Tracking Progress: Keep CRM systems up to date with sales activities and prospecting details.
What You’ll Bring
· A strong desire to build a career in technology sales with a commitment to achieving goals.
· High energy and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and stay on task.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic web tools.
· A 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Proximity to BCM’s Irvine, CA location as this is an in-office role.
