You will be
accountable for

Responsibilities
)
Lead and manage a team of senior engineers, enabling them to do their best work.
Actively contribute to the engineering decisions needed to advance our Workflow engine
solution, working side by side with engineers on the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and
customer support, to align on product vision and deliverables.
Drive the architectural decisions and lead the implementation of scalable, robust, and
efficient systems.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
Experience &
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering in at least 2 different companies
Minimum of 3 years of experience as engineering manager, managing teams of >4 people.
Demonstrable experience with Conversational AI or workflow automation frameworks.
Demonstrable experience with Kubernetes and microservices infrastructure
Demonstrable experience with AWS services, especially EKS
Working knowledge of Java and NodeJS.
Knowledge of software development and SDLC best practices.

Knowledge of QA best practices especially for integration testing and load testing
