Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Defense Litigation group in its Houston or Dallas office. We are also open to candidates elsewhere in Texas.

Position Requirements:
- Must be admitted to the Texas bar in good standing
- Ideal candidates will have complex commercial litigation or general liability defense such as construction defect, general commercial litigation, tort litigation, product liability, premises liability, and/or automobile liability matters
- Candidates must be able to work on matters independently or take responsibility for large scale discovery and depositions.
- Candidates should also have strong written communication skills with experience drafting complex opinions and motions.
- Appellate experience or interest in working on appellate matters is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish/English speaking is strongly preferred
