Job Description: ABA Center Director
Position Overview:
The Center Director will lead a designated ABA therapy center, overseeing both center-based and in-home ABA services. This role is responsible for the implementation of ABA services, ensuring high-quality client and family experiences, and maintaining staff excellence. The Center Director is expected to create a culture that emphasizes trauma-informed care, compassion, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all clinical services at the center and ensure compliance with clinical and industry standards.
- Supervise a team of BCBAs and the Center Coordinator, ensuring quality and consistency in service delivery.
- Maintain open communication with families, address concerns, and ensure transparency.
- Lead and foster a collaborative, compassionate, and development-focused environment for staff.
- Meet performance metrics, including impact hours per BCBA, reauthorization timelines, and regular parent meetings.
- Mentor new BCBAs and oversee the training of Student Analysts.
- Maintain center operations, including policy enforcement, cleanliness, and compliance with Day Treatment Licensing standards.
- Manage a caseload of up to six students while ensuring timely completion of SOAP notes, service logs, and authorizations.
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- At least four years post-BCBA certification with supervision requirements completed.
- Minimum three years of experience working with individuals ages 2-20 with developmental disabilities, ASD, or other behavioral diagnoses.
- Experience in a center environment for at least two years post-BCBA certification.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork, staff development, and family engagement.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and upper management.
- Provide direct supervision to the BCBA team and ensure clinical oversight.
- Communicate company updates and objectives, and mentor leadership staff.
- Engage families and reconcile concerns with support from the Clinical Director and leadership team.
Administrative/Clinical Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of clinical practices, such as SOAP notes and service logs.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and licensing requirements.
- Oversee onboarding and training for new staff members.
Other Requirements:
- Must pass a national and local background check.
- Valid driver's license.
- Moderate skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer proficiency.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
