About the role
As the Executive Assistant at Mercor, you will be responsible for a variety of strategic, operational, and administrative functions that help keep Mercor on track. This multifaceted role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, tackle diverse challenges with appropriate urgency, and support all stakeholders at Mercor in driving our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-stakes meetings with internal and external stakeholders with high attention to detail.
- Draft, edit, and deliver a variety of communications, including emails and presentations, with precision and efficiency.
- Ideate, plan, and execute unique internal and external company events.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges before they impact executive productivity.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders, facilitating swift and effective communication.
- Manage travel arrangements for the company, along with any corresponding expense reports with utmost efficiency and accuracy.
- Take on special projects as needed, adapting quickly to new challenges and delivering results under tight deadlines.
Preferred Background & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in operations or as an EA, preferably in a fast-growing startup
- Proven track record of managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously in a extremely fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting company leadership and understanding their unique needs
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with productivity tools and software (i.e., Notion, G-Suite)
