We are seeking a highly skilled, Florida-barred attorney with business litigation and trial experience to assist on a temporary, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex business litigation matters, including trial preparation and participation.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and memoranda of law.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice.
- Collaborate with legal teams to prepare for trials and hearings.
- Maintain excellent client communication and document management throughout the course of litigation.
Qualifications:
- Active member of the Florida Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation, including trial experience.
- Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
