We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Digital Research Operations team. This temporary role is essential to maintain efficiency during a leave of absence and will involve working closely with three leaders, including a Vice President and two Directors.
This is a temporary role supporting a leave of absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage complex scheduling for the Vice President and direct reports, prioritizing and proposing alternatives to meetings.
- Communication Coordination: Prepare and send communications on behalf of leadership and manage the flow of information.
- Meeting Support: Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to plan and organize departmental meetings, record minutes, and follow up on tasks.
- Timekeeping and Committee Staffing: Serve as a backup timekeeper and assist in staffing committees and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience supporting executive management in an administrative capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with exceptional Outlook skills.
- Experience in project management and complex scheduling is a plus.
