Technical Recruiter | Day-to-Day
- Manage entire recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to build a robust pipeline and qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to gain a solid understanding of their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Foster positive candidate interactions by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
- Review recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Technical Recruiter | Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within consulting or technology sectors.
- Expertise in industry-leading recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, SeekOut) and search techniques (Boolean Search, Reverse Search).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of data, AI, and related technologies to effectively assess candidates’ qualifications is highly preferred.
