About the Company:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Analytical Development team focused on oncology research and development. This is 6 months extendable contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute HPLC techniques (e.g., RP-HPLC, size exclusion, ion exchange) for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of proteins and antibodies.
- Conduct sample preparation and perform HPLC-based analysis of biological molecules.
- Execute a variety of assays, including colorimetric, fluorometric, and ELISA, for sample analysis.
- Document experiment data meticulously and report findings to the broader analytical team.
- Contribute to the development of new assays and analytical methods, with a focus on ELISAs.
- Actively participate in team discussions and provide support to ensure the group’s objectives are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry with 2-6 years of relevant lab experience, or a Master’s degree with 1-4 years of experience.
- Expertise in analytical chemistry, particularly hands-on experience with HPLC techniques for protein and antibody analysis.
- Familiarity with ELISA and capillary electrophoresis is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
