Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Location: Irving, TX
CornerStone TTS is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer for full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document electrical systems using CAD software.
- Select and evaluate test measurement hardware.
- Analyze signal integrity and design conditioning systems.
- Support production and ensure parts/systems meet quality standards.
- Manage project deliverables within time and budget constraints.
- Assist in job proposals by estimating materials and labor.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for tools and processes.
- Manage hardware configurations using revision control systems.
- Mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in electrical test systems design.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field; focus on test and measurement systems preferred.
- Proficiency with electrical CAD tools (e.g., Altium, AutoCAD, Solidworks Electrical).
- Experience with RF measurement, industrial controls, and simulation software (e.g., Simulink, Matlab) is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a resourceful approach.
- Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C++, and Python is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be eligible for export-controlled work (U.S. citizen or permanent resident).
- Experience with DOD, government, and aerospace contracts is advantageous.
