Light commercial / residential, new construction superintendent
-oversee all on-site construction, including scheduling subcontractors, resolving day to day problems on the job site and inspecting all work during the construction process to ensure compliance with plans and specs
-daily, direct interaction with customer and owners throughout the construction process.
-Strong time management and organizational skills
-Ability to interact with clients and communicate effectively.
-4-5 years’ experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control and production of all phases of light commercial / residential, ground-up construction
-Strong understanding of construction trades
-Basic working knowledge of Excel, Word, Microsoft Project and Web based construction CRM systems preferred.
-Current driver’s license, clean driving record and ability pass drug test.
