The Wisconsin Restaurant Association is on the hunt for a dynamic go-getter to join our team in a newly created position that combines administrative duties with lead development and cold calling. This role offers significant growth potential for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Entry-level role working with our membership team
- Help expand awareness of the benefits of becoming a member
- Find and warm up leads of restaurant owners that would like to consider becoming a member of our association
- Target new prospects and past members through outbound efforts and pipeline management
- Help deliver solutions to new members during their onboarding process
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet weekly outbound call goals to keep prospects flowing through our sales funnel
- Utilize modern sales generation tactics, including AI, retargeting campaigns, and social media
- Expand awareness and generate warm leads for our membership engagement team
- Properly handle inbound leads with strong organizational skills and consistent follow-up
- Periodically work a booth at industry trade shows
- Assist the membership management and sales team with various sales-related tasks to help grow our membership and create great experiences for our current members
- Manage email campaigns to prospect groups, follow up on click engagements and nurture relationships

Qualifications:
- Entry-level position
- High school diploma required
- We value drive and commitment
- Proficient with a wide array of tech platforms and not afraid to learn new ones
- Outgoing personality
Location & Work Arrangement:
- Home base is our Madison office
- To maintain our collaborative team environment, we offer a hybrid work situation with a minimum of two days/week in office and the option to work from home 3 days/week
- Occasional road trips to meet with restaurant owners could be possible

Pay & Benefits:
- $20/hour + commissions
- Eligibility to enroll in our 401(k) program
