Client Services Contractor
Remote, time 8 hours from 7 AM to 6 PM CST; M-F
Project Overview:
Assist clients by responding to inquiries about the bank's products and services, specifically tailored for retirees.
Role Responsibilities:
- Communicate with retirees regarding bank products and services.
- Answer incoming calls, providing requested information or directing inquiries as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and issue resolution.
- Participate in training sessions, including classroom instruction and job shadowing.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a client servicing environment, particularly with high call volume, is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to learn various computer applications.
- Internet savvy, with skills to assist retirees in navigating online applications.
- Patient and courteous demeanor, especially when interacting with older clients.
- Stable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Nice to Have:
- Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.
