Role Description
This is a full-time Executive Chef role at Jim Brady's in Royal Oak, MI. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and executing seasonal menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining inventory and budget control.
Qualifications
- Culinary expertise, menu development, and food preparation skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
- Creativity, innovation, and a passion for culinary arts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef preferred
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
