World re-nouned Master Service Provider, headquartered in New York, is searching an MSP Program Manager with experience in the hospital/medical space to drive consistent and predictable services for a reputable hospital network.
The individual in this role will manage functional client relationships and contribute to the retention and growth of key strategic accounts. This position requires a strong understanding of the MSP/staffing industry, HR Tech/VMS systems, exceptional account management skills, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders in a medical setting.

- Responsible for ensuring the successful initial and long-term delivery of contracted services to MSP & national accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fulfillment, site-level training, user adoption, and demand forecasting for our national and MSP accounts, managing.
- Drive overall account performance to support long-term revenue targets and expansion strategies in partnership
- Monitor key delivery metrics such as fulfillment, agency scorecards, and worker quality making sure they meet or exceed established targets for the hospitals
- Provides overall management direction and support to the MSP Success team including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and training.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service.
- Proactively address client concerns and work with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure client adoption by delivering continued ROI through tech adoption, new feature rollouts, and end-user training.
- Support development of strategic account plans and execute as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and contracts that align with client needs.
- Prepares and generates a variety of reports for management, staff, corporate, and other stakeholders such as overall account health, headcount demand, continuous improvement plans, tech utilization, etc.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service mindset to deliver an outstanding experience, even in less-than-ideal situations with frustrated and disenfranchised users and clients.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position, with healthcare industry being strongly preferred
- Experience with payroll, billing, staffing, or similar strongly preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as exemplary interpersonal relations
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with labor and employment laws
