Our client, a wealth management firm, is seeking a skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Client onboarding (preparing new account paperwork and client information-gathering)
- Account maintenance
- Assist with quarterly billing and performance reporting
- Work directly with third-party reconciliation providers
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of portfolio data in the portfolio management system
- Support portfolio managers with any queries or issues related to portfolio data and reconciliation
- Relationship management, including regular client contact
- General administrative functions as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of related experience required
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 required (will consider Series 63/65)
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advent Portfolio Exchange and Moxy Order Management system experience is a plus
- Assist with the implementation and testing of new systems, processes, and procedures
- Ability to learn new processes and technology platforms
