JOB SUMMARY
Hands on Gen AI Lead/Architect will be responsible for building GenAI solutions and development and ensuring successful AI projects delivery. This role requires extensive expertise in ChatGPT API, Azure OpenAI, MLOps, and GenAI projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to mentor and guide the team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning and GenAI projects, focusing on Azure OpenAI.
- Establish and maintain MLOps pipelines and practices, ensuring efficient lifecycle management of ML models.
- Guide and mentor Data Scientists in day-to-day activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices.
- Design and build GenAI solutions, leveraging prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning techniques.
- Ensure effective use of tools such as ChatGPT, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
- Collaborate with onshore teams to align on project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of data management, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and encourage continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on implementing GenAI projects.
- Proven track record of leading AI/ML teams and projects.
- Strong expertise in MLOps and lifecycle management of ML models.
- Hands-on experience with at least two GenAI projects using Azure OpenAI.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with onshore and offshore teams and present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with AI/ML tools and platforms like ChatGPT, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
- Project management skills, with experience in managing AI/ML projects from inception to deployment.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, cleaning, and augmentation techniques.
- Understanding of ethical AI practices and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
