Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of automated batch and single wafer tools at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Provide on-site training and support to customers, ensuring they are proficient in using our products.
- Collaborate with the internal technical teams to address complex issues and develop solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during service operations.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a field service or similar technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
