- Over ten years of experience as a Data Analyst in Property and Casualty Insurance.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance lines and data flow from user interfaces to databases.
- Expertise in data profiling, root cause analysis, source-to-target mapping, and schema definition.
- Familiar with XML and JSON schemas.
- Experienced in gathering report requirements, mapping downstream applications, and understanding KPIs.
- Proficient in Snowflake databases, Power BI, and other visualization tools.
- Knowledgeable in business process modeling tools and data management practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
