We are seeking multiple Project Estimators professionals with an expertise in the following areas:
- Steel/Structural
- MEP (Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Manufacturing, Power, and Energy
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project specs and prepare detailed estimates
- Solicit and evaluate supplier proposals
- Develop cost-effective solutions and proposals
- Collaborate with teams on awarded projects and change orders
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of estimating experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
