A leading investment firm seeks an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support a c-level executive and assist with administrative projects for back office teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Only qualified candidates will be considered. Qualified candidates will have 10-15 years of experience supporting c-suite and additional teams coming out of asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments while prioritizing conflicting needs.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist back office teams with administrative projects, including document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the executive and other team members.
- Support the planning and execution of company meetings, events, and conferences.
- Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy access to information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a similar capacity, within the asset management industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and urgent deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
