Join an 11 year old private group with over 30 providers in 9 locations which is expanding, as well as, replacing a physician who retired and a physician who will be retiring.
They cover 15 Acute Care hospitals, 75 Nursing homes, have 8 outpatient clinics and are growing.
Open to: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Med Peds, Geriatrics
The group is adding:
1. Inpatient - Monday - Friday assigned to 1 or 2 Hospitals
2. Outpatient - Monday - Friday assigned to clinic and LTC
3. Traditional - Monday - Friday with call every other weekend
4. SNFist - work only in the Long Term Care facility
The group is about being flexible and working as a team for the best outcome for their patients.
