TDLMM is searching for driven, reliable, and enthusiastic Associate Attorneys to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be immersed in high-stakes litigation and will work closely with our senior attorneys to manage complex legal cases.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Representing clients at court appearances and depositions
- Conducting legal research and drafting motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Negotiating settlements
- Collaborating with partners and senior associates on case strategy
- Handling Special Civil Part cases from inception through trial
- Appellate practice
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active state bar license
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in legal research databases and file organization
- Ability to handle multiple cases and priorities effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
